Located at 209 Steeles Ave. W. near Hurontario Street, Southside Townhomes are across the street from Shoppers World and a supermarket.

To the west of Southside Townhomes is Sheridan College and to the south is Fletcher’s Green community park. The Brampton Golf Club is east of Southside Townhomes. Southside Townhomes is also close to Queen Street and downtown Brampton, as well as Highway 407.

The fourth floor of each townhome at Southside also has its own private rooftop terrace where people can barbecue outdoors or watch the stars come out at night.

There is a limited edition of 103 townhomes, each with its own underground parking space.
